The atmosphere here is cozy and inviting, and the cleanliness is excellent-no bad smells and super clean restrooms. Security is a concern. I witnessed a theft incident and experienced issues with unregistered guests in the dorm room. The location is decent, with quick subway access was nice, but be cautious with personal belongings.

no breakfast; had a sandwich which was fine
Room had no heat in the night. In the morning, manager would do nothing to compensate saying we should have come down. Maybe we should have but coming down would have led to even more disruption to sleep.

This place suits me perfectly! The Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, and 24-hour reception are fantastic. The staff helped me find my way on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I'll return for Christmas!

Staying here with my friends was awesome! We enjoyed a walking tour that introduced us to hidden gems and explored a local market with delicious food. The communal kitchen is great for cooking together, and there are fun activities like pub crawls to meet other travelers. Just be ready for crowds!
My bed was taken, and I had to wait for it to be cleaned, really annoying.
